Re issued once again by Dr. Strange, this is one of the classics of Washington DC 80's hardcore. Incidentally the first  hardcore 7' I bought back when it was a new release. Government Issue were one of the best bands from one of the most influential scenes in the early years of hardcore. This recording catches their heaviest and most powerful line up when Brian Baker was on guitar. In my mind these are their very best recordings. Highly recommended.
