Printer-friendly versionThis was the first CD release for Havoc and marked the beginning of a new phase for the label. Prior to 2000 I had envisioned the label as being small scale, doing a few 7"s a year. In 2000-2001 things really started to look up in the hardcore scene. There were lots of new bands and lots of the older labels had faded away or weren't interested in the new sounds. I decided to move into full lenths and use the experience of the first 8 years to really expand the label. The first step was this CD. 50 tracks from Minneapolis HC/Punk ragers Code 13. All the 7"s, comp tracks and one unreleased song, the entire studio output 1994-2000. While most of this material is still available on vinyl this release collects it all in one place for convenience.
